**Sharing & Collaboration helps teams access admin-approved cloud sync projects and keep everyone working from the latest project data.**

## Access a collaborative project

1. **Open** the home screen and click **Collaborate**.
2. **Select** the project you are authorized to access from the listed projects.
3. **Click** **Sync** to fetch the latest cloud data.
4. **Open** the synced project to load it as a sheet/project in OrcaSheets.

After sync, you can continue analysis in OrcaSheets using the latest organization-managed project state.

## How access is controlled

- Organization admins create collaborative projects.
- Admins grant access only to authorized personnel.
- End users can only see projects they have access to in the **Collaborate** tab.

## Share a Dashboard

Dashboards are the preferred way to share a **living view** of your metrics, because they refresh automatically when the underlying data changes.

Typical workflow:

1. **Build** Charts from Sheets, Pivot Tables, or AI Chat results.
2. **Add** those Charts to a Dashboard.
3. **Configure** refresh so the Dashboard stays up to date.
4. **Share** the Dashboard with your team.

## Share a Chart or one-off result

If you just need a lightweight artifact:

- **Export** a Sheet or analysis result via **Download** (CSV and other formats, depending on the tab type).
- **Export Chart images** from the Dashboard view, so you can paste them into slides or reports.

## Notes

- Sync updates your local project with the latest data available to your organization workspace.
- If a project is missing from Collaborate, contact your admin to request access.
- Use least-privilege access policies for production datasets.
