# Troubleshooting

**If something feels off, start here. Most issues land in one of three buckets: import, performance, or access.**

## "Table is not optimised"

- **Wait** for optimisation to complete. Check the progress indicator in the status bar.
- **Re-import** the file if optimisation fails.

## Slow performance on large files

- The grid may display up to **~1,000 rows** at a time for performance reasons.
- All rows are still used in calculations and exports, so results stay accurate.
- **Apply filters** to reduce the visible data and speed up interactions.

## Connectors not available

- Connectors are a **premium feature**.
- Check your account status in [Settings](/docs/settings).
- If your account looks correct and you still cannot access Connectors, contact support.
